Construction at Concord Plaza

Concord Plaza will be undergoing some maintenance at the main entrance on November 11th through the 15th. The main entrance of Concord Plaza will be closed these 5 days. Please see the attached drawing of how to get into Concord Plaza and to our office during this time. Please come early to your appointments in our office. We appreciate your patience.

This will also be our last week for the drive thru flu clinic. Tuesday 10- 11am and Thursday 2-3pm. After this we will take appointments for flu vaccines in our office instead.
