Progressive Health is proud to offer you totally FREE support in the month of January 2023, in our new optimized health challenge we call Power Up 2023.

We will meet on Zoom in the 5 Tuesdays in January to empower you with vital information and skills to transform your health.  The benefits our participants have had in past years:

The best thing about Power Up is that it is designed to help you attain the knowledge to be a more effective doer.  This program is ideal for

  • creators and influencers who need to think and be their best

  • workers & doers who wish to have fewer sick days and more productivity

  • parents who want to instill healthy habits for their children

How does this program work?

We will meet for 1 hour Tuesdays in January from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Eastern Time.

At these sessions, we will have a brief talk on the science of health from Dr. David Donohue and Nurse Kristin Maack.

We will help you identify your biggest health opportunities, and set meaningful goals to help you build lifelong habits. 

We will break into groups where you will problem solve with others who are making similar changes.

You will receive free resources including an excellent healthy plant-based cookbook

What is the schedule?

  1. Tuesday January 3, 6:30-7:30 - Week 0.  Introduction to Yourself, Preparing for Success

  2. Tuesday January 10, 6:30-7:30 - Week 1.  Nutrition 2.0  Getting stared making the change

  3. Tuesday January 17, 6:30-7:30 - Week 2.  Easy Health Food  Recipes and changing old habits.

  4. Tuesday January 24, 6:30-7:30 - Week 3.  Sleep & Exercise The hacks that can change lives.

  5. Tuesday January 31, 6:30-7:30 - Finish.  Solidify new habits and never look back.

Professional Development - Get Certified in Health

The skills learned in this program are useful to help others make healthy changes.  People who participate in all 5 sessions (in-person or recorded) and pass our brief test will be awarded our Certification in Personal Health Transformation.  This certification indicates a valuable skill in helping people make lifestyle change. 

Healthy Potluck January 21 at 5:30 pm

Potluck!  There will be a healthy plant-based potluck at First Unitarian Church of Wilmington in Delaware on Saturday January 21 at 5:30 pm. We can all get together and support one another!
