It turns out there is copious science on ways to significantly delay many of the ravages of aging. This month we will focus on frailty.

Frailty begins in our 30s. With each passing year, we lose muscle and gain fat. This means declining function and increasing inflammation.

It is vitally important that we slow and reverse this process. Fortunately, science has found ways to reverse the aging process and make our muscle cells years younger. How? (1) We can reverse the aging process at the organ level by building more muscle and reducing body fat. (2) We can reverse the aging process at the cellular level with an anti-aging lifestyle.
